Refunds are NOT eligible if:

- You face technical issues we cannot resolve
- You are not satisfied with the early lessons (within 12% usage)
2.4 Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
3. Ineligible Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:
- Completing more than 12% of the course
- Attempting to download majority of course files
- Sharing account access with others
- Violating website terms
- Requesting refund after 30 days
- Buying the wrong course and then requesting transfer to another one
- Performance-based reasons (e.g., “I didn’t get a job”, “I didn’t understand the course” after significant progress)

5. Digital Products Are Final Sale
